The Pumpkin Beer Your Fall Is Not Complete Without

The Pumpkin Beer Your Fall Is Not Complete Without

The post was sponsored by Traveler Beer, Co., however all opinions are my own.

Catch me in any other time of year, at any get together with friends, family or on a rooftop and I’ll probably have a glass of sav blanc in my hand. Come pumpkin season when the leaves change, so do my beverage taste buds, and I begin to reach for a refreshing beverage that embodies the flavors of the season. Enter pumpkin beer!

The crisp and refreshing taste of Traveler Beer Co’s Jack-O Traveler Pumpkin Shandy tastes exactly like what autumn means to me. It’s a wheat ale with hints of seasonal spice that reminds me of all the reasons I love fall.  Whether you’re bringing drinks for the tailgate, or just enjoying a cool fall afternoon, you’re not going to want to miss out on the perfect pumpkin taste of this beer! Which comes across so nicely because it is made with real pumpkin. Extra pumpkin points for that!

And while I’m no beer connoisseur, I do know a thing or two about pumpkin flavor and when I say this shandy of theirs might just be the pump-KING of all pumpkin beers, you know I ain’t playin’ 🙂  You can also take it from my Polish beer drinking father, who tasted one and immediately wanted to know if I had more.

Traveler Beer Co. was nice enough to send me a couple of samples, and I sipped my beer with my thoughts preoccupied on the perfect spiced pumpkin flavor, I couldn’t help but think it would be great in a pumpkin beer bread recipe too. Now that would have been my kind of tailgate snack back in the day! I also had so much fun making a mini cooler out of a pumpkin to rest them in. It’s such an easy way to add that little extra festive touch! Just carve out the pumpkin as you normally would, fill with ice and chill your pumpkin shandy’s in style!

So as we enter into the first day of October on Sunday (I can’t believe it, so happy!)  I hope everyone has an enjoying weekend, filled with pumpkin patches, apple picking, football watching and Jack-O Pumpkin Shandy drinking!

To learn more about Jack-O Traveler Pumpkin Shandy which is available from August to October, and the other beer selection they sell year-round visit their website.

Cheers to the weekend pumpkin people, and be sure to drink responsibly!

xoxo,

Pumpkin Girl
