Pumpkin pizza! 🎃🍕🎉

We’re in our homemade flatbread/pizza era and so I knew I had to make a pumpkin one!

I love these because the dough is like a blank canvas you can add more nutrition to — veggies, sauces, herbs, greens IT ALL GOES! 🎉👌🏻

Once I let the dough come to room temp we pre-bake it with some garlic, parmesan and EVOO on top for 5 minutes, then add the toppings and bake for another 10 minutes at 450 degrees. The hot honey on this one was the chefs kiss! 🔥

Here’s what you’ll need for this one🍕
- store bought pizza crust
- pumpkin purée
- roasted butternut squash ( I sautéed it to get it crispy before adding to the pizza)
- sage
- prosciutto
- mozzarella or ricotta cheese
- arugula on top
- hot honey
