Enjoy oat milk in these smoothie made 3 different ways! One with pumpkin, one with greens and one with berries!

Ingredients

Oat my Gourd Pumpkin Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Quaker Unsweetened Oat Beverage 
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 small fresh or frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of nutmeg 

Green Machine Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Quaker Unsweetened Oat Beverage
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach (about 2 cups)
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger 


Kale Berry Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Quaker Unsweetened Oat Beverage
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 


Instructions

1. For each of the smoothies, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until combined. 

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
