Healthy holiday date bark!🎉

Traditional peppermint bark is high in sugar and pretty much contains no nutrition — this holiday date bark is such a good, more nutritious and delicious DUPE that I’ve been obsessed with as an after dinner snack all week! 😍

Dates — give this treat more fiber plus other vitamins and minerals and give this bark such a good carmel-y flavor
Almond butter — give this treat more vitamin E, magnesium and plant-based protein
Chocolate — I used hukitchen melted in the microwave in 15 second increments!
Pomegranate seeds — these beauties are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C and give this bark a nice crunch on top
Pumpkin Seeds — also add to the crunch factor plus are a good source of fiber and lots of vitamins and minerals!
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Flakey sea salt

Freeze for 10 minutes — cut up and enjoy! Store in the fridge to snack on!

Appetizer pumpkin! 🎃🦃

I had to make this pumpkin idea that is almost too cute to eat! 🥰🎃 Save for a fun & easy app that will look beautiful on your holiday table! Pumpkin butter goes so well with the melty brie & puff pastry 🧀

I’m not the original creator of this idea (trying to track them down to give credit!) but major props to them for this super cute & delicious idea! 🎉

I thawed puff pastry and then added pumpkin butter to the inside along with brie cheese. Then folded up the edges (cut a little off the ends if needed) then used bakers twine to make the pumpkin lines and brushed with an egg. Baked for 20 minutes at 400 and topped with a cinnamon stick and sage for the stem and leaves! 🎃 Enjoy!
