Orange ginger power smoothie is made dairy free and packed with vitamin C thanks to Cara cara oranges. Add oranges, banana, ginger and oat milk to a blender to create this delicious and nutritious smoothie!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 2 Sunkist® Cara Cara oranges
- 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seed or unsweetened almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen (optional)
- Handful of ice
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend over ice on high until thick and creamy. Top with an extra Cara Cara orange slice and enjoy!
